In these monthly gatherings, participants are invited to keep their camera on or off, listen, receive/be nourished, participate or not, restore their nervous system and discover the many ways the Soul - individual and collective - longs for attention, nourishment and recognition.
During the online gathering, Isabelle Meulnet- your host- might be playing songs /sacred music, reading poetry, Pathwork Guide quotes and other spiritual texts, sharing photos of the natural world, praying, sitting with you in silence, and/or leading a guided meditation.
In some meetings, there will be topics to explore and discuss (ex: invitation to share how and where we nourish our soul), while in others, there might be long period of silence and/or smaller meetings in break-out rooms.
